Part 1
Examiner
Are you a patient person?
Candidate
I would say not really. When I was younger I was very hot tempered. I was hardly be patient with anything, especially at work. But nowadays, because I have two children I have to take care of so I become more patient than before. I try to be their friends, so being patient is a must.
Examiner
What is it that makes you feel impatient?
Candidate
I'm not sure, I guess is in my blood when I was very young until now. I am quite impatient in some cases, especially in unpredictable situations. In other situations, such as with children, I can be more patient.
Examiner
How do you feel when you have to do something for a long time?
Candidate
When I have to do something for a long time, I don't feel impatient, I think it's OK and acceptable. It depends on what is the goal. For example, if the goal is clear and I understand that it will take a long time to do it, so I will be patient, but if it is something unpredictable.
Examiner
Does your job require you to be patient?
Candidate
Yes it does because I work for a national company which uh, usually involves slow processes and a lot of rules to follow. So I become more patient because it is what needed for the job to be done.
Examiner
Are you more patient now than when you were a child?
Candidate
Yes, absolutely. When I was a child I was very quick tempered and I couldn't wait for anything too long. But now, as I'm a mother of two children, I have to be more patient. For example, it takes me hours to explain to them a math problem and I feel.

Example: Yes, absolutely. When I was a child, I was quick-tempered and couldn't wait long for anything. But now, as a mother of two children, I have to be more patient. For example, it often takes me hours to explain a math problem to them, but I try to stay calm and patient throughout.
× I was hardly be patient with anything, especially at work.
✓ I was hardly patient with anything, especially at work.
The phrase 'was hardly be patient' is incorrect because 'was' is already a past tense verb and should be followed by an adjective or noun, not 'be' plus an adjective. The correct form is 'was hardly patient'.
× I try to be their friends, so being patient is a must.
✓ I try to be their friend, so being patient is a must.
The pronoun 'their' refers to multiple people, but 'friends' is plural and implies multiple friends. Since the speaker is referring to themselves in relation to multiple children, 'friend' (singular) is appropriate to indicate the speaker's role as a single friend to multiple children.
× I'm not sure, I guess is in my blood when I was very young until now.
✓ I'm not sure, I guess it is in my blood from when I was very young until now.
The original sentence lacks a subject for the verb 'is'. Adding 'it' as the subject clarifies the sentence. Also, 'from when' better expresses the time span from past to present.
× When I have to do something for a long time, I don't feel impatient, I think it's OK and acceptable.
✓ When I have to do something for a long time, I don't feel impatient; I think it's OK and acceptable.
The original sentence is a run-on sentence with two independent clauses joined by a comma. Using a semicolon or separating into two sentences improves clarity and grammatical correctness.
× For example, if the goal is clear and I understand that it will take a long time to do it, so I will be patient, but if it is something unpredictable.
✓ For example, if the goal is clear and I understand that it will take a long time to do it, I will be patient; but if it is something unpredictable, I may not be.
The original sentence is incomplete and contains unnecessary conjunctions like 'so' after 'if' clause. The corrected sentence removes 'so' and completes the thought for the unpredictable case.
× So I become more patient because it is what needed for the job to be done.
✓ So I become more patient because it is what is needed for the job to be done.
The phrase 'what needed' is missing the auxiliary verb 'is' to form the present passive voice 'is needed'. This correction clarifies the meaning that patience is required for the job.
× When I was a child I was very quick tempered and I couldn't wait for anything too long.
✓ When I was a child I was very quick-tempered and I couldn't wait for anything for too long.
The adjective 'quick tempered' should be hyphenated as 'quick-tempered'. Also, the phrase 'wait for anything too long' is missing the preposition 'for' before 'too long' to be grammatically correct.
× For example, it takes me hours to explain to them a math problem and I feel.
✓ For example, it takes me hours to explain to them a math problem, and I feel patient.
The original sentence ends abruptly without completing the thought after 'I feel'. Adding an adjective like 'patient' completes the sentence and clarifies the meaning.
