Not really, I'm actually a forgetful person but if I wanna practice something or I have a exam I need to prefer for it so I'm gonna take notes and trying to memorize it and understand it so I can memorize better.

× if I wanna practice something or I have a exam I need to prefer for it
✓ if I want to practice something or I have an exam I need to prepare for it
The phrase 'wanna' is informal and should be replaced with 'want to' in formal speech. 'Prefer' is incorrect here; the correct verb is 'prepare'. Also, 'a exam' is incorrect because 'exam' starts with a vowel sound, so it should be 'an exam'. The modal verb 'need to' is correctly used but the verb following it was wrong.
× I have a exam
✓ I have an exam
The article 'a' is used before words that begin with a consonant sound. Since 'exam' begins with a vowel sound, the correct article is 'an'.
× so I'm gonna take notes and trying to memorize it and understand it
✓ so I'm gonna take notes and try to memorize it and understand it
After 'and', the verb should be in base form to maintain parallel structure. 'Trying' should be 'try' to match 'take'.
× I didn't prefer for it and I got a bad degree
✓ I didn't prepare for it and I got a bad grade
The verb 'prefer' is incorrect; the correct verb is 'prepare'. Also, 'degree' is not the correct word for a test result; 'grade' is appropriate. The past tense 'didn't prepare' is correct.
× I told him to change later 'cause I forget
✓ I told him to change it later because I forgot
The verb 'forget' should be in past tense 'forgot' to match the past context. Also, 'cause' is informal and should be 'because'. The modal verb 'to change' is correct but needs the object 'it' for clarity.
× I need to remember memories
✓ I need to remember moments
'Memories' are the result of remembering, not something to remember. 'Moments' or 'events' is more appropriate here.
× I need to remember everything like the daily routine like brushing my teeth, washing my face
✓ I need to remember everything in my daily routine like brushing my teeth, washing my face
The preposition 'in' is appropriate to indicate 'in my daily routine' rather than 'like the daily routine'.
× reading stories or books I like umm and stuff like that in general
✓ reading stories or books I like, and stuff like that in general
A comma is needed before 'and' to separate the clauses properly. The verb 'reading' is correctly used as a gerund here.
× I'm gonna remember it
✓ I will remember it
'Gonna' is informal; in formal speech, 'I will' is preferred to express future intention.
