Yes, I usually make a list when I go shopping because it helps to me to stick my budget and shop my more efficiency. For example, having a list means that I can purchase that type of products at that stores only under a limited budget. In addition to it is a very time effective rather than going to another stores again and again.

Yes, I always prepare the list of works which are necessary for me. Most of the time it works for me. The reason behind it that's having at least means that I can stay focus on my work rather than moving to another stores on other things. In addition to this, it saves my time as well.

There are many reasons behind by people do not like to make a list. First and foremost reason they think that it makes them frustrated and under budget. Sometimes people have to buy a particular product which is very expensive but having a budget made that they have to focus on other products rather than moving to that expansion one.

I usually prepare a list of work on my phone. The reason behind is that because I always carry phone in my pocket. In addition to this, it is very easy for me to see at least sometimes there is a chances of losing a paper while going to somewhere for the shopping. Phone is easy to carry and easy to check it out.
