× Not really, I usually easily forget what the things and when I'm at school I was struggling and get hard to learning a favorising subject.
✓ Not really, I usually easily forget things, and when I'm at school, I struggle and find it hard to learn a favorite subject.
The original sentence has incorrect word order and awkward phrasing. 'Usually easily forget what the things' is incorrect; it should be 'usually easily forget things'. Also, 'I was struggling and get hard to learning' mixes tenses and uses incorrect verb forms. It should be 'I struggle and find it hard to learn'. The adjective 'favorising' is misspelled and should be 'favorite'. Suggestions: maintain consistent tense, correct word order, and use proper verb forms.
× Not really, I usually easily forget what the things and when I'm at school I was struggling and get hard to learning a favorising subject.
✓ Not really, I usually easily forget things, and when I'm at school, I struggle and find it hard to learn a favorite subject.
The sentence incorrectly mixes past tense 'was struggling' with present tense 'get hard to learning'. Since the context is habitual action, present tense should be used consistently: 'I struggle and find it hard to learn'.
× Not really, I usually easily forget what the things and when I'm at school I was struggling and get hard to learning a favorising subject.
✓ Not really, I usually easily forget things, and when I'm at school, I struggle and find it hard to learn a favorite subject.
The phrase 'what the things' is incorrect; 'things' alone suffices. The pronoun 'what' is unnecessary and causes confusion. Use 'forget things' instead.
× Yeah, couple times in the past, there was about a month ago when I have examined that day, it was kind of important exam.
✓ Yeah, a couple of times in the past. About a month ago, I had an exam that day; it was a kind of important exam.
The sentence incorrectly uses 'have examined' instead of past simple or past perfect. Since the event happened in the past, 'I had an exam' or 'I took an exam' is correct. Also, 'couple times' should be 'a couple of times'.
× But to in that day when I go to school, when I see everybody will study for it, I will realize that I forgot the that exam.
✓ But on that day, when I went to school and saw everybody studying for it, I realized that I had forgotten the exam.
The preposition 'to in' is incorrect; it should be 'on that day'. Also, verb tenses are inconsistent: 'go' should be past 'went', 'see' should be 'saw', 'will realize' should be 'realized', and 'forgot' should be past perfect 'had forgotten' to indicate the sequence of events.
× But to in that day when I go to school, when I see everybody will study for it, I will realize that I forgot the that exam.
✓ But on that day, when I went to school and saw everybody studying for it, I realized that I had forgotten the exam.
The phrase 'the that exam' is incorrect; only one article is needed. Use 'the exam' instead.
× So at first in my daily life, I have to remember to drink a medicine every day.
✓ So first, in my daily life, I have to remember to take medicine every day.
The phrase 'drink a medicine' is incorrect; the correct verb collocation is 'take medicine'. Also, 'at first' is better as 'first' in this context.
× Uh, it was very important to me.
✓ It is very important to me.
The sentence uses past tense 'was' but the context suggests a present ongoing importance, so present tense 'is' is more appropriate.
× And I have to remember to do the homework, uh, to organize things and go to sleep, uh, early, yeah.
✓ And I have to remember to do my homework, organize things, and go to sleep early, yeah.
'The homework' is less natural than 'my homework' in this context. Also, the sentence is better without repeated 'to' before each verb; use parallel structure.
× So with the important things I usually take note in my phones in the note apps or I usually set an alarm for this so it that day I will not forget it and the alarm will remind me that I have to do it 3 hours before it.
✓ For important things, I usually take notes on my phone using note apps, or I set an alarm so that on that day I will not forget. The alarm reminds me to do it three hours before.
The original sentence has awkward phrasing and incorrect prepositions: 'take note in my phones' should be 'take notes on my phone'. Also, 'for this so it that day' is confusing; it should be 'so that on that day'. The sentence is long and run-on; breaking it into shorter sentences improves clarity.
