Examinador

What subject do you think is the most challenging at school?

Candidato

When I was at school, I thought the math is the most challenging one because I'm not very good at the numbers, especially with the calculations. So when I every time when I did the exercise about mathematic, it always took me time to finish that.

Examinador

Do you like to challenge yourself?

Candidato

It really depends. For me, I usually like to challenge myself because step out of the comfort zone means you can get a very big progress for the next step. But when I get some, you know, negative feedback about the challenge, I probably won't want to make a further step because I don't have that much confidence to this. So yes.

Examinador

Do you like to live a life that has a lot of challenges?

Candidato

To be honest, I don't want to live a life full of challenges because that means you always need to think about the next step and figure it out how to solve the problems, which is quite difficult for me. Sometimes I, I do enjoy being alone and just relax and, you know, making my mind empty. So I don't really like it.

Examinador

How do you usually deal with challenges in daily life?

Candidato

When I made some troubles, I usually ask my friends and my families for help. For one reason, my friends are very knowledgeable, which means they know everything about our lives. Additionally, my families are very experiences about life, so I always turn to them for help.

“math”作为学科名词通常不加冠词“the”,且“numbers”和“calculations”不需要加定冠词“the”。此外,时态应保持一致,过去时用“was”。

Past tense issue

× I thought the math is the most challenging one because I'm not very good at the numbers, especially with the calculations.

I thought math was the most challenging subject because I'm not very good with numbers, especially with calculations.

主句是过去时态“thought”,从句也应使用过去时态“was”,保持时态一致。

Incorrect use of quantifiers

I'm not very good with numbers, especially with calculations.

“numbers”和“calculations”是泛指,前面不需要加定冠词“the”。

I'm not very good with numbers, especially with calculations.

Sentence structure errors

× So when I every time when I did the exercise about mathematic, it always took me time to finish that.

So every time I did math exercises, it always took me time to finish them.

句子结构混乱,“every time”位置错误,且“mathematic”应为“math”或“mathematics”,“exercise”应为复数“exercises”,代词“that”应改为“them”指代复数。

Singular and plural issue

× So when I every time when I did the exercise about mathematic, it always took me time to finish that.

So every time I did math exercises, it always took me time to finish them.
