Well, I think it depends on the situation. For example, if I'm going to do some outdoor sport, I prefer cold weather because it is more comfortable and refreshing. However, if I'm going to do some water activity, I would prefer hot weather because it is comfortable for swimming and enjoy the sun.

Oh yes, I prefer dry weather because it is much more convenient for me to go outside. For example, I don't need to bring an umbrella or wear some waterproof clothes. When I go outside, it is much more easier for travel, for traveling or some or play some outdoor activity.
