Well, it depends. Usually I won't do it because some daily machines such as refrigerators, washing machines and microwaves, everybody knows how to use them. So do I, so I won't read the instructions before using them.

No, actually a lot of people would use the machines directly and when it comes to some difficulties, they would read the instructions to solve the problems. I think that's the function of those instructions, so it's not important to read them.
