Yeah, definitely. There is a big difference because when I was a child there's not much thing for me to do, so I'm pretty free. But when I grew up, I have to do a lot of work and I'm in a lot of rush. So the difference would be that it it's more, it's busier for me.

× there's not much thing for me to do
✓ there's not much to do for me
The phrase 'much thing' is incorrect because 'thing' is a countable noun and 'much' is used with uncountable nouns. The correct quantifier for countable nouns is 'many', but here it's better to say 'not much to do' to express the idea of few activities. This improves naturalness and grammatical correctness.
× I must have a cup of milk or coffee to start my day
✓ I must have a cup of milk or a cup of coffee to start my day
The sentence implies choosing between milk or coffee, both countable in this context. To be grammatically correct, 'a cup of' should be repeated before 'coffee' to maintain parallel structure and clarity.
× it's essential for body
✓ it's essential for the body
The noun 'body' requires a definite article 'the' when referring to the human body in general. Omitting 'the' here is incorrect and makes the sentence sound unnatural.
× there's not much thing for me to do
✓ there aren't many things for me to do
Since 'thing' is countable, the plural form 'things' should be used with 'many' instead of 'much'. Also, 'there's' (there is) should be changed to 'there aren't' (there are not) to agree with the plural noun.
× Like on school day I was just turn off my alarms and I realized that I'm late for school
✓ Like on school days I just turned off my alarms and realized that I was late for school
The verb 'turn' should be in past tense 'turned' to match the past context. Also, 'was' is needed instead of 'I'm' to maintain past tense consistency. 'School day' should be plural 'school days' to indicate habitual action.
× I'm in a lot of rush
✓ I'm in a lot of a rush
The correct expression is 'in a rush' or 'in a lot of rush' is incorrect. The phrase should be 'in a lot of a rush' or better 'in a big rush'. The original phrase is ungrammatical.
× Like on school day I was just turn off my alarms
✓ Like on school days I just turn off my alarms
The phrase 'on school day' should be plural 'on school days' to indicate habitual action. Also, 'was just turn off' is incorrect; it should be 'just turn off' for habitual present or 'just turned off' for past. Since the context is habitual, present tense is better.
