Where is your hometown?
Pontuação: 62.0Sugestão: Ответ не полностью естественен и содержит грамматические ошибки и повторения. Следует начать с чёткого топик‑предложения, исправить согласование (a series of → a small town / a community), убрать лишние фразы (urban sprawl повторено) и сделать описание конкретным и связным. Используйте связки (for example, also) и корректные прилагательные (pleasant, peaceful).
Exemplo: I come from a small town in western Kazakhstan. It is a friendly, hardworking community with many parks and tree‑lined streets, so it is pleasant and peaceful to walk around. For example, there is a large riverside park where people often exercise and relax.
What do you like about your home town?
Pontuação: 68.0Sugestão: Ответ содержит полезную информацию, но есть повторения и несколько ошибок (renovated the city → the city has been renovated; 'for me and the four people' непонятно). Следует дать одно главная причина в первом предложении, затем привести 1–2 конкретных примера с связующими словами (for example, recently). Уточняйте количество людей или опустите, если не нужно.
Exemplo: I like my hometown because I feel a strong sense of belonging, having grown up there. In addition, the city has been renovated recently: for example, the public transport system was upgraded and new parks were created, which makes daily life more convenient and enjoyable.
How long have you lived there?
Pontuação: 55.0Sugestão: Ответ содержит грамматические ошибки и излишнюю информацию. Фраза 'I raised here' неверна — нужно использовать 'I was raised here' или 'I have lived there since I was born'. Отклоняйтесь от повторов чувств (I like everything) и давайте короткий чёткий ответ с уточнением времени. Избегайте междометий (uh).
Exemplo: I have lived there since I was born, so about sixteen years. I still enjoy living there because of the familiar community and local parks.
Is your home town a good place for young people?
Pontuação: 75.0Sugestão: Хорошая структура ответа с причинами, но можно улучшить конкретность и связки. Приведите 1–2 конкретных примера видов деятельности или сфер работы и используйте слова‑связки (for instance, moreover). Избегайте общих фраз без деталей (plenty of job opportunities) — уточните отрасли или типы работодателей, если возможно.
Exemplo: Yes, I think it is. For instance, there are several study centres offering coding and language classes where young people can develop skills. Moreover, small local companies and a few manufacturing firms provide entry‑level jobs for recent graduates, so it's relatively easy to find work.
× It's not a big city but series of people friendly and hardworking.
✓ It's not a big city but a town of friendly and hardworking people.
The original sentence has incorrect word order and missing article. 'series of people friendly and hardworking' is ungrammatical. Use 'a town of friendly and hardworking people' for correct noun phrase order and include the article 'a'. Suggestions: Use proper noun phrase order: determiner + noun + prepositional phrase; put adjectives before the noun they modify.
× It has many pictures, parks and a lot of trees, so it pleasant to walk around the city under the urban sprawl becoming urban sprawl.
✓ It has many parks and a lot of trees, so it is pleasant to walk around the city despite the urban sprawl.
The original sentence is awkward and contains redundancy and missing verb 'is'. 'Pictures' likely wrong choice; removed. 'under the urban sprawl becoming urban sprawl' is repetitive and ungrammatical. Use 'despite the urban sprawl' to show contrast and include 'is' after 'so'. Suggestions: Ensure verbs are present (it is pleasant), avoid repetition, and use appropriate prepositional phrases like 'despite the urban sprawl'.
× I also appreciate the improved infrastructure.
✓ I also appreciate the improved infrastructure.
This sentence is grammatically correct in present tense and matches the context of current feelings. No change needed. Suggestion: Keep present simple to express general appreciation.
× There are many new houses and apartment buildings, and also nowadays they renovated the city.
✓ There are many new houses and apartment buildings, and nowadays they have renovated the city.
Original mixes present simple with past tense 'renovated'. Use present perfect 'have renovated' to link past renovation actions to the present time frame ('nowadays'). Suggestion: Use present perfect for recent actions affecting the present: 'have renovated'.
× The public transport, parks and roads have been renovated, which makes the city feel more modern and comfortable for me and the four people.
✓ The public transport, parks and roads have been renovated, which makes the city feel more modern and comfortable for me and my family.
'The four people' is unclear and unnatural. Likely intended 'my family' or 'the four of us'. Use 'my family' or 'the four of us' for clarity. The rest of the sentence is correct with present perfect passive. Suggestion: Use natural noun phrases for groups: 'my family' or 'the four of us'.
× I have lived there since I was born and I raised here.
✓ I have lived there since I was born and I was raised here.
Second clause uses active past 'I raised here' incorrectly; passive 'I was raised here' is required to indicate being brought up by others. Maintain present perfect for 'have lived' and simple past passive for 'was raised'. Suggestion: Use passive when the subject is acted upon: 'I was raised here'.
× It's like 16 years and uh, I like everything about my hometown.
✓ I have lived there for about 16 years, and I like everything about my hometown.
'It's like 16 years' is informal and ungrammatical for duration. Use 'I have lived there for about 16 years' to express duration with present perfect. Remove filler 'uh' in formal replies. Suggestion: Use 'have lived... for [duration]' to state how long.
× Actually, my hometown is a good place for young people because there are many activities such as parks and study centres where they can learn new skills.
