I really don't have any specific favorite food. I love to explore different sort of foods but I'm really into spicy foods. The flavor goes with my taste but perfectly and with.

Examinador

What kind of food did you like when you were young?

Candidato

When I was young, uh, I used to go to school. There's a food, street food we call fuchsica as to had it every day because it used to go with my test. But the spies and the mixture of lot of, uh, spices made my taste bud extensively nice.

Examinador

Do you eat different foods at different times of the year?

Candidato

Yes, umm in a country like Bangladesh we have different seasons and every season comes with different sort of foods. Like in winter we get to eat pitas which is sweet, in summer we get different sort of fruits, comes with desserts and rainy season we go a lot of go for a lot of spicy foods like kitchen.

Examinador

Has your favourite food changed since you were a child?

Candidato

I would say no because when I was a child I used to like spicy food. Now I'm in my 20s I still like spicy food. It goes with my taste bud, other culinary, other food items. UMM really does not suits me the way spicy food does. So I still like spicy food and I guess I will continue having spicy food.

Part 1

What is your favourite food?

Pontuação: 58.0

Sugestão: Be more concise and grammatical: start with a clear topic sentence, then add one specific detail or example. Avoid repetition and fix grammar (e.g. "goes with my taste" → "suits my taste"). Use linking words if adding details.

Exemplo: I don't have a single favourite food, but I especially enjoy spicy dishes because they suit my taste. For example, I often choose dishes with chili and garlic because the strong flavours make the meal more exciting.

What kind of food did you like when you were young?

Pontuação: 45.0

Sugestão: Give a clear topic sentence naming the food, then describe specific features and correct vocabulary. Remove fillers and unclear phrases. Use linking words to connect reason and example.

Exemplo: As a child I loved a street food called fuchka, which I ate almost every day after school. The crunchy shell filled with spicy tamarind sauce and chickpeas was irresistible, and because of its strong flavours I always enjoyed it.

Do you eat different foods at different times of the year?

Pontuação: 52.0

Sugestão: Answer directly, then give two specific season-food examples with clear linking words. Correct vocabulary (e.g. "pithas" not "pitas") and avoid vague phrases like "different sort of."

Exemplo: Yes. In Bangladesh each season has its own foods: for example, in winter we enjoy sweet pithas made from rice and jaggery, while in summer we eat fresh mangoes and other fruits. During the rainy season people often prefer spicy, warming dishes to feel comfortable.

Has your favourite food changed since you were a child?

Pontuação: 60.0

Sugestão: Start with a concise direct answer (Yes/No), then briefly explain with one or two clear reasons and an example. Avoid repetition and correct grammar (e.g. "does not suit me" → "do not suit me").

Exemplo: No, my preference hasn't changed; I liked spicy food as a child and I still prefer it now. For instance, I choose spicy curries over mild dishes because I enjoy bold flavours and they feel more satisfying to me.

Gramática

Incorrect use of quantifiers

× I love to explore different sort of foods but I'm really into spicy foods.

I love to explore different sorts of food, but I'm really into spicy foods.

Use 'different sorts of' (plural) or 'different kinds of' when referring to multiple categories; 'foods' as a count is less natural here—'food' as an uncount noun or 'sorts of food' is preferred. Also add a comma before 'but' to join independent clauses.

Incorrect adverb placement

× The flavor goes with my taste but perfectly and with.

The flavor suits my taste perfectly.

The original sentence has awkward word order and extra words. 'Suit' or 'match' is a better verb collocation with 'taste'. Place the adverb 'perfectly' after the verb phrase. Remove redundant 'and with.'

Past tense issue

× When I was young, uh, I used to go to school.

When I was young, I used to go to school.

This sentence is grammatically fine aside from filler 'uh' which can be removed for clarity. 'Used to' correctly expresses a habitual past action; no tense change needed.

Sentence structure errors

× There's a food, street food we call fuchsica as to had it every day because it used to go with my test.

There was a street food we called fuchka that I had every day because it suited my taste.

Several issues: 'There's a food' should match past context 'When I was young' so use 'There was.' 'Street food we call fuchsica' needs reordering and correct name spelling (assumed 'fuchka' or 'fuchsiqa'); use 'that I had every day.' 'Go with my test' is incorrect — use 'suit my taste.' Use past tense 'suited' or 'suit' depending on intended meaning; here past fits the context.

Incorrect use of adjectives or adverbs

× But the spies and the mixture of lot of, uh, spices made my taste bud extensively nice.

But the spice mix and the variety of spices made my taste buds very happy.

Problems: 'spies' should be 'spice' or 'spices'; 'mixture of lot of' should be 'mixture of a lot of' or 'a mix of many.' 'Taste bud' is usually plural 'taste buds.' 'Extensively nice' is not natural; use 'very pleasing' or 'very happy.' Reorder for natural collocation.

Incorrect use of quantifiers

× Yes, umm in a country like Bangladesh we have different seasons and every season comes with different sort of foods.

Yes, in a country like Bangladesh we have different seasons and every season comes with different sorts of food.

Use 'different sorts of food' (plural 'sorts' and uncount 'food') to match standard usage. Remove filler 'umm.'

Incorrect use of adjectives or adverbs

× Like in winter we get to eat pitas which is sweet, in summer we get different sort of fruits, comes with desserts and rainy season we go a lot of go for a lot of spicy foods like kitchen.

For example, in winter we eat pitha, which is sweet; in summer we get different kinds of fruits and desserts; and in the rainy season we often eat a lot of spicy dishes.

Multiple errors: 'pitas' likely intended 'pitha' (a Bengali sweet). Use singular/plural correctly and punctuation to separate clauses. 'Different sort of fruits' should be 'different kinds of fruits.' 'Comes with desserts' needs rephrasing to 'and desserts.' 'We go a lot of go for a lot of spicy foods like kitchen' is ungrammatical—replace with 'we often eat a lot of spicy dishes.'

Present tense issue

× I would say no because when I was a child I used to like spicy food.

I would say no, because when I was a child I used to like spicy food.

Add a comma after 'no' for clarity. The tense 'used to like' is correct to express past habitual preference.

Present tense issue

× Now I'm in my 20s I still like spicy food.

Now I'm in my 20s; I still like spicy food.

Add punctuation (semicolon or period) to separate independent clauses. The present tense 'I still like' is correct.

Incorrect use of adjectives or adverbs

× It goes with my taste bud, other culinary, other food items.

It suits my taste buds and other culinary preferences.

Original has awkward nouns and commas. Use 'suits my taste buds' and 'culinary preferences' for natural expression. Remove redundancy.

Incorrect use of pronouns

× UMM really does not suits me the way spicy food does.

It really does not suit me the way spicy food does.

'Does not suits' is incorrect because modal/do-support requires base verb: 'does not suit.' Replace vague 'UMM' with 'It' to refer to the previous noun. Also 'suit' agrees with 'does.'

Future tense issue

× So I still like spicy food and I guess I will continue having spicy food.

So I still like spicy food, and I guess I will continue eating spicy food.

Use 'eating' rather than 'having' for food preferences. Tense 'will continue' plus present participle 'eating' is the correct construction for future continuation. Add comma before 'and.'
