Avoid repetition and finish the final thought. Keep it under five sentences and use slightly more appropriate vocabulary (e.g., "recall" and "retain").
Ví dụ: Yes. As a medical student I write regularly to record important lecture points. For example, I always take hand-written notes during class to capture key facts quickly, and later I rewrite them to help retain and recall complex information. Also, I keep short lists of concepts I need to review before exams.
What do you like to write? Why?

What other methods do you use to record your life?
Điểm: 60.0Gợi ý: Answer with a clear topic sentence and give one or two specific methods with reasons. Remove fillers and correct phrases ("post stories online," "turn into story highlights"). Explain briefly why this method works for you. Keep it natural and concise.

× So I'm a medical student.
✓ I am a medical student.
Use the full form 'I am' in formal spoken English; contraction 'I'm' is acceptable but 'I am' is clearer. Also this sentence is fine structurally but keep consistency with tense and formality.
× I usually I will always write down the the notes that all the important points that the teacher mentioned in the class.
✓ I usually always write down the notes of all the important points that the teacher mentions in class.
Removed duplicate words and corrected article use: 'the the' is redundant. Use 'notes of all the important points' or 'the notes of the important points'. Changed 'mentioned' to 'mentions' to match habitual present tense.
× And beside this, writing can help me to recall my memory and also help me to memorize the important knowledge better and thirdly, writing can.
✓ Besides this, writing helps me recall things and helps me memorize important information better.
Use 'Besides' instead of 'And beside this'. Use present simple 'helps' for habitual actions. 'Recall my memory' is redundant; 'recall' or 'remember' is correct. 'Important knowledge' -> 'important information'. Removed incomplete 'and thirdly, writing can.'
× They are choosing.
✓ I am not sure what you mean by 'They are choosing.' If you mean you are still deciding, say 'I am still choosing' or 'I am undecided.'
The original sentence 'They are choosing.' is out of context and unclear. Provide clearer phrasing that matches speaker's intent: use present continuous 'I am still choosing' for an ongoing decision or 'I am undecided.'
× So first I like to write down the notes that the lecturer mentions that is important and 2nd I will also write down the after I'm memorising a certain style, I will try to recall and write it down to consolidate my knowledge.
✓ First, I like to write down the notes that the lecturer mentions as important. Second, after I have memorized a certain topic, I try to recall it and write it down to consolidate my knowledge.
Changed 'that is important' to 'as important'. Use present simple 'like' and 'try' for habits. 'After I'm memorising' is incorrect sequence; use present perfect 'have memorized' to indicate completion before recalling. 'Certain style' -> 'certain topic' for clarity.
× And thirdly, when I learn a new vocabulary, I will also write down the vocabulary that I learn.
✓ Thirdly, when I learn a new word, I also write it down.
'Vocabulary' is uncountable; use 'a new word' or 'new vocabulary items'. Use present simple 'I also write' for habitual actions rather than 'I will'. Avoid repetition 'vocabulary that I learn'.
× Yeah, in my opinion, I think yes.
✓ Yes, I think so.
Simplify redundancy. 'Yeah' and 'in my opinion, I think' are repetitive. Use concise phrase 'Yes, I think so.'
× So for example, like nowadays there's the the medical guideline as keep on improving.
✓ For example, medical guidelines are constantly improving nowadays.
Removed duplicate 'the the'. Use plural 'medical guidelines' and present simple 'are improving' or 'are constantly improving' to show ongoing change. 'As keep on improving' is ungrammatical.
× So, so in the future we may need to keep on revising to get the latest update on the certain thing.
✓ In the future we may need to keep revising to get the latest updates on certain things.
Use 'may need to keep revising' (remove redundant 'on'). 'Latest update' -> 'latest updates' plural and 'certain thing' -> 'certain things' or 'a certain topic'.
× When I'm writing, I prefer both.
✓ When I write, I prefer both.
Use simple present 'When I write' for habitual actions. 'When I'm writing' is acceptable but simple present is more idiomatic for habits.
× So when I'm in the class, I prefer handwriting because it is way faster and I can write in a short form so I can take note faster.
✓ When I'm in class, I prefer handwriting because it is faster and I can use abbreviations to take notes more quickly.
'In the class' -> 'in class'. 'Way faster' is informal; use 'faster'. 'Write in a short form' -> 'use abbreviations'. 'Take note faster' -> 'take notes more quickly' and correct plural 'notes'.
× And when I'm, uh, when I'm cleaning my rope notes and make it into more organized, I prefer typing because it's more, uh, needy and then I can type it, uh, more better.
✓ When I review and organize my notes, I prefer typing because it is more convenient and I can type them better.
'Cleaning my rope notes' is unclear—likely meant 'reviewing' or 'cleaning up my rough notes'. Use 'review and organize my notes'. 'More organized' needs rephrasing; 'it is more convenient' replaces 'needy'. 'More better' is incorrect; use 'better'. Ensure 'notes' plural and pronoun agreement 'type them'.
× When I was young I always keep driving almost everyday, but as I grow up right right now I don't usually write diary because I was really busy nowadays and I prefer just talk to my friends about my day and just let go of the unhappiness and the happy thing will just keep it in my heart.
✓ When I was young I used to keep a diary almost every day, but as I grew up I haven't usually written a diary because I have been really busy lately. I prefer to talk to my friends about my day and let go of unhappiness, keeping the happy moments in my heart.
Use 'used to' for past habitual actions. 'Keep driving' is wrong; likely 'keep a diary'. 'As I grow up right right now' -> 'as I grew up' and 'nowadays' -> 'lately'. Maintain tense consistency: present perfect 'have been busy'. Use infinitive 'to talk' and correct phrasing 'keep the happy moments in my heart'.
× I for the happy moment, I usually like to post, uh, more story online.
✓ For happy moments, I usually like to post more stories online.
Use plural 'moments' and 'stories'. 'I for the happy moment' is incorrect order. 'Post more stories online' is correct collocation.
× So for example, whenever I go travel, I would like to post a lot of picture and the video so that after this, uh, because it can all turn into your story highlight as a after this, whenever I miss those moment, I will OP, I will, uh, look at the highlight again in the Instagram and just remember those happy moments.
✓ For example, whenever I travel, I like to post many pictures and videos so they become story highlights. Later, when I miss those moments, I look at the highlights on Instagram and remember the happy times.
'Go travel' -> 'travel'. Use 'many pictures and videos' (plural) not 'a lot of picture'. Remove unnecessary filler words. 'Your story highlight as a after this' simplified to 'become story highlights'. 'Miss those moment' -> 'miss those moments'. 'OP' unclear—removed. Use 'on Instagram'.
