× I don't work very much at the moment because I'm preparing for my other exams, so I often practice writing essays several times a week, focusing on correcting my grammar and improving my vocabulary so I can get a higher score band.
✓ I am not working very much at the moment because I am preparing for my other exams, so I often practice writing essays several times a week, focusing on correcting my grammar and improving my vocabulary so I can achieve a higher band score.
Minor verb choice and word order: 'don't work very much' is acceptable informally but 'I am not working very much' matches the continuous sense 'at the moment'. 'get a higher score band' is unidiomatic; use 'achieve a higher band score'. No explicit Grammar_Problem_Type_List ID applies, so left blank.
× I like writing about my travel experience because it helped me record memory and share useful day with friends.
✓ I like writing about my travel experiences because it helps me record memories and share useful days with friends.
Singular/plural issue: 'experience' should be plural 'experiences' to match general practice; 'helped' should be present tense 'helps' to match habitual action; 'memory' and 'day' need plural forms 'memories' and 'days'.
× For example, during a trip to Singapore last year, I keep travel journal and posted photos so my friend could see the place I visited.
✓ For example, during a trip to Singapore last year, I kept a travel journal and posted photos so my friends could see the places I visited.
Present tense issue: The sentence refers to last year, so past tense should be used consistently: 'keep' -> 'kept', 'posted' is fine but 'my friend' should be plural 'my friends' if sharing with more than one; 'place' -> 'places' to match multiple visits.
× At the moment I realised because I'm focusing on my aisles exam and don't have much free time.
✓ At the moment I realize I am focusing on my IELTS exam and don't have much free time.
Present tense issue and spelling: 'realised' (past) should be 'realize' if referring to current awareness; 'aisles' is misspelling of 'IELTS'. Use present continuous 'I am focusing' (already present).
× Yes, I think it's possible. I think the topic I write last year is about my travel experience where I have travel book and I write the moment or the tourist attraction that I visited.
✓ Yes, I think it's possible. I think the topics I wrote about last year were about my travel experiences, where I kept a travel journal and wrote about moments or the tourist attractions that I visited.
Present tense issue and agreement: 'I write last year' mixes tenses; use past 'I wrote about last year'. 'topic' -> 'topics' and 'experience' -> 'experiences' for plurality; 'have travel book' -> 'kept a travel journal'; 'I write the moment' -> 'wrote about moments'.
× But this time I didn't have much time so instead I focusing more on my IELTS test.
✓ But this time I didn't have much time, so instead I am focusing more on my IELTS test.
Present tense issue: Mixed past and present; 'didn't have' (past) refers to specific past period but speaker means current situation—use present continuous 'I am focusing' to show current action; add comma for clarity.
× So I don't really have time to write.
✓ So I don't really have time to write.
No change needed; sentence correctly uses present tense to describe current lack of time. No Grammar_Problem_Type_List ID applies, so left blank.
× I prefer handwriting because I can write more quickly and the thickness and the style of my stroke make the writing more expressive.
✓ I prefer handwriting because I can write more quickly, and the thickness and style of my strokes make the writing more expressive.
Present tense issue and agreement: 'the style of my stroke' -> 'the style of my strokes' to match plural 'thickness and style' affecting 'strokes'; added comma for readability.
× It also feel more personal and memorable.
✓ It also feels more personal and memorable.
Present tense issue: Subject-verb agreement in present simple requires 'feels' for singular subject 'It'.
× For example, I enjoy keeping high in writing journal rather than typing my talk.
✓ For example, I enjoy keeping a handwritten journal rather than typing my notes.
Singular/plural and word choice: 'keeping high in writing journal' is ungrammatical; 'a handwritten journal' is the correct noun phrase; 'my talk' is unclear—'my notes' fits context.
× I used to keep dairy when I was in high school and I wrote in almost every day, recording my daily experience and the activity I did with my friend.
✓ I used to keep a diary when I was in high school and I wrote in it almost every day, recording my daily experiences and the activities I did with my friends.
Present tense issue and pluralization: 'dairy' -> 'diary'; add 'in it' to clarify; 'experience' -> 'experiences'; 'activity' -> 'activities'; 'my friend' -> 'my friends' for generality.
× But now since I work, my schedule is very busy and I don't really have time to write anymore.
✓ But now that I work, my schedule is very busy and I don't really have time to write anymore.
Present tense issue: 'since I work' is acceptable but 'now that I work' is clearer to indicate cause; sentence otherwise correct.
× I don't have a strict method for recording my live but I keep a travel journal where either comment or own my trip abroad.
✓ I don't have a strict method for recording my life, but I keep a travel journal where I either comment on or note my trips abroad.
Singular/plural and word choice: 'live' -> 'life'; 'either comment or own my trip' is incorrect—use 'either comment on or note my trips' and pluralize 'trips' if more than one.
× For example last year I went to Singapore and I print the photo and put it my journal.
✓ For example, last year I went to Singapore and I printed the photos and put them in my journal.
Present tense issue and pronoun agreement: Past event requires past tense 'printed' not 'print'; 'photo' -> plural 'photos' if multiple; include 'them' as object and 'in' for location.
× They covered with page with sticker and even white uh short note where I'm going, the food I eat and it make memory more vivid and easy to revisit.
✓ They are covered with pages of stickers and even short handwritten notes about where I went, the food I ate, and they make the memories more vivid and easy to revisit.
Incorrect preposition and multiple tense issues: 'covered with page with sticker' -> 'covered with pages of stickers'; 'where I'm going' should be past 'where I went'; 'the food I eat' -> 'the food I ate'; 'it make' -> 'they make' to agree with plural subject 'notes' or 'pages'; corrected for clarity and agreement.
