× Now it rainy season so it raining a lot and sometimes we have the water flood when the water is too much from the rainy.
✓ Now it is the rainy season so it is raining a lot and sometimes we have flooding when there is too much rain.
The sentence lacks the verb 'is' before 'rainy season' and 'raining'. Also, 'the water flood' is incorrect; 'flooding' is the correct noun form. 'Too much from the rainy' is incorrect; it should be 'too much rain'. Use 'there is' to indicate existence of flooding.

The sentence misses auxiliary verbs and correct verb forms. 'I tend to like to go outside playing' should be 'I tend to like going outside to play'. 'It not hygienic' needs 'is'. Also, 'I tend to like stay' should be 'I tend to stay'. Adding 'when' before 'it's hot' clarifies the condition.

'Life for sure' is unclear; 'life is better for sure' clarifies meaning. 'If it wait' should be 'if it rains'. 'My child will wait' is incorrect; likely meant 'my clothes will get wet'. 'It will get stink of bad smell' should be 'they will start to smell bad'. Pronouns and nouns must agree in number and meaning.
