× The weather that I leave this time is already changed from summer to fall and now at the daytime would be sunny, at night would be a little bit chilly outside.
✓ The weather where I live at this time has already changed from summer to fall, and now during the daytime it is sunny; at night, it is a little bit chilly outside.
The original sentence has tense inconsistency and incorrect verb usage. 'Leave' should be 'live' to indicate residence. 'Is already changed' should be 'has already changed' to correctly use present perfect tense for a change that has occurred. 'Would be' is incorrect here; present simple 'is' fits better to describe habitual weather. Also, sentence structure is improved for clarity.
× The weather that I leave this time is already changed from summer to fall and now at the daytime would be sunny, at night would be a little bit chilly outside.
✓ The weather where I live at this time has already changed from summer to fall, and now during the daytime it is sunny; at night, it is a little bit chilly outside.
The phrase 'at the daytime' is incorrect; the correct preposition is 'during the daytime' to indicate the time period. Also, 'at night' is correct as is.
× So I think that is the best weather that to come to visit our place.
✓ So I think that this is the best weather to come and visit our place.
The original sentence misuses 'that to come' which is ungrammatical. It should be 'this is the best weather to come and visit our place' to correctly express the idea. Also, 'this' is better than 'that' here to refer to the current weather.
× I guess I prefer cold weather 'cause if it's in summertime I don't like to walk outside and because it's a little bit humid and sometimes it might be get tense.
✓ I guess I prefer cold weather because in summertime I don't like to walk outside since it's a little bit humid and sometimes it can be uncomfortable.
The original sentence uses informal 'cause' and awkward conjunctions 'and because'. Replacing with 'because' and 'since' improves clarity. 'Might be get tense' is incorrect; 'can be uncomfortable' is a better expression. Also, 'in summertime' is more natural than 'if it's in summertime'.
× So that's why I prefer the cold weather.
✓ So that's why I prefer cold weather.
The article 'the' before 'cold weather' is unnecessary here; 'cold weather' is a general concept and does not need 'the'.
× Well, I think that I don't have any preference for the dry or the wet weather because when I was in the dry weather, my face is gonna like frozen and it's itchy all the time.
✓ Well, I think that I don't have any preference between dry or wet weather because when I am in dry weather, my face feels like it's frozen and it's itchy all the time.
The phrase 'preference for the dry or the wet weather' should be 'preference between dry or wet weather' to correctly express choice between two options. Also, 'when I was in the dry weather' should be 'when I am in dry weather' to maintain present tense. 'Is gonna like frozen' is incorrect; 'feels like it's frozen' is correct.
× And if I was in the wet weather, it's very humid outside and that made me feel uncomfortable.
✓ And if I am in wet weather, it's very humid outside and that makes me feel uncomfortable.
The sentence mixes past and present tense incorrectly. Since the statement is general, present tense 'am' and 'makes' should be used instead of past 'was' and 'made'.
× So I don't have any.
✓ So I don't have any preference.
The sentence 'So I don't have any.' is incomplete and unclear. Adding 'preference' clarifies the meaning.
× In general I don't check weather forecast because I think that you can easily to see the sky and you can know how is the weather.
✓ In general, I don't check the weather forecast because I think you can easily see the sky and know what the weather is like.
'Weather forecast' needs the definite article 'the' as it refers to a specific concept. 'Easily to see' is incorrect; 'easily see' is correct. 'How is the weather' should be 'what the weather is like' for correct word order.
× But if I'm going outside to play or hang out with friend I will check it because maybe we will need umbrella or sometime we will need sunscreen.
✓ But if I'm going outside to play or hang out with friends, I will check it because maybe we will need an umbrella or sometimes we will need sunscreen.
'Hang out with friend' should be plural 'friends'. 'Need umbrella' requires the article 'an'. 'Sometime' should be 'sometimes' to indicate frequency.
× I would say that if you go out, you would just feel like you're gonna melt it and you will need a lot of air conditions.
✓ I would say that if you go out, you would just feel like you're going to melt and you will need a lot of air conditioning.
'Gonna' is informal; 'going to' is better. 'Melt it' is incorrect; 'melt' alone suffices. 'Air conditions' is incorrect; the correct term is 'air conditioning'.
× So that's why it's a really bad recycle 'cause if you feel hot and you will just go turn on the air AC.
✓ So that's why it's really bad for the environment because if you feel hot, you will just turn on the air conditioner.
'Bad recycle' is incorrect; 'bad for the environment' is clearer. 'Cause' should be 'because'. 'Go turn on' is awkward; 'turn on' is sufficient. 'Air AC' is redundant; 'air conditioner' is correct.
× So I think that's it's really bad for our Earth.
✓ So I think that it's really bad for our Earth.
The phrase 'that's it's' is redundant; it should be 'that it's'.
× Yes, I would like to try it.
✓ Yes, I would like to try that.
'Try it' is vague; 'try that' refers better to the previously mentioned different climates.
× I have heard that South America, they have a kind of different weather in one day, so I really want to try that.
✓ I have heard that in South America, they have different kinds of weather in one day, so I really want to experience that.
'A kind of different weather' is awkward; 'different kinds of weather' is better. 'Try that' is vague; 'experience that' is clearer. Added 'in' before 'South America' for correct preposition.
× And also I didn't seen snow before, so I would like to see that at the other place.
✓ And also I haven't seen snow before, so I would like to see it in another place.
'Didn't seen' is incorrect; the correct form is 'haven't seen' (present perfect). 'At the other place' should be 'in another place'. 'See that' is vague; 'see it' refers to snow.
