When I was young, I usually eat snacks because I prefer eating snacks rather than eating the homemade food such as chapati or rice. Because I love them and without knowing their nutritious value and side effect, I usually eat them more and more.

When I was a child, I usually like to enjoy chips and sweets after my school but as I am a growing adult now, I follow healthy lifestyle and switches these snacks to a healthy snacks such as almonds and cashews and nuts.
