I am a generally patient person, however I face a lot of moments in life where I lost my patience completely. But these moments actually helped me to relax and to rely everything on God and teach me how to be patient. Not negative way, but positive.

A lot of moments in life where things all can be difficult and stressful as well. I kind of lose my patience during that moment in which turns to me being more anxious, wishing that the difficulty or the challenges ends a lot sooner. But having patience is the key to this moment.

I usually have unsettling feeling when I have to do things for a very long time because I'm a stressful person and I tend to have anxiety. Especially if these things are life changing or something related to my career, I tend to be more anxious. However, I also learned that patience is the key to this.

Yes, so much. My job requires a lot of patience and a lot of calmness because whenever we work on something, we have to wait for a few months or a few weeks in order to, in order to receive the results of these, the efforts we are making. So patience is very important in my job and being relaxed as well.

The level of my patients didn't change a lot. Maybe when I was younger I was less anxious, so being patient for me was easier. However, as I grew up I tended to lose my patience and I also tended to be more anxious. So it's a process.
