Well, it totally depends on the situation. When we go out, I need to bring my phone. So the To Do List with my phone is a better choice when I'm going out. But sometime I'm laying on my bed and I'm writing about the the task that I need to do tomorrow. So a paper to the lit paper is more better.

Do you make a list when you shop?

Điểm: 64.0

Gợi ý: Be more concise and avoid filler words. Start with a clear topic sentence, then give one or two specific supporting details using linking words. Correct word choice and grammar will improve clarity (e.g., use “shopping,” “I make a to‑do list,” “it saves me time”). Keep answers to no more than 4–5 sentences.

Ví dụ: Yes, I always make a shopping list. For example, before I go to the supermarket I write down the items I need so I don’t forget anything. Because of this I save time and avoid buying unnecessary things.

Improve by using smoother linking words and correcting minor grammar (use present perfect or simple past appropriately). Combine short sentences for coherence and avoid awkward phrasing like “on these deadlines.”

Why don't some people like making lists?

Điểm: 50.0

Gợi ý: This answer is unclear and repetitive. Start with a clear topic sentence giving one main reason, then support it with a specific example and a linking phrase. Fix grammar (e.g., “they lack time‑management skills” or “they are lazy”). Avoid repetitions and finish with a complete concluding sentence.

Ví dụ: Some people dislike making lists because they lack time‑management habits. For instance, they may prefer to remember tasks in their head and feel making a list is unnecessary. As a result, they often forget small tasks and become stressed.

Ngữ pháp

Verb in the present participle form

× 100% when going to the shopping of, uh, buying something in the supermarket, I do To Do List 1st and then what is my I can follow at least item that I want to buy.

100% when I go shopping or buy something in the supermarket, I make a to-do list first so I can follow at least the items that I want to buy.

Present participle phrase 'going to the shopping of' is incorrect and awkward; use the simple present 'I go shopping' for habitual actions. 'I do To Do List' is unnatural; use 'I make a to-do list'. Also add articles and plural agreement: 'items' (plural) and 'the items' for specificity. Keep tense consistent for habitual actions. (Grammar problem type ID: 10)

Incorrect use of pronouns

× It is effectively for my time and yeah, follow that easily.

It saves my time and I can follow it easily.

Use a clear subject and verb: 'It saves my time' instead of vague 'It is effectively for my time'. Pronoun reference: replace 'that' with 'it' referring to the list. Maintain parallel subject 'I' for 'can follow'. (Grammar problem type ID: 12)

Incorrect use of pronouns

× So that is good for my habit when following it.

So that is good for my habit of following it.

Use the noun phrase 'habit of following' rather than 'habit when following'. 'When following it' is an incorrect prepositional structure here; 'of' correctly links 'habit' with the action. (Grammar problem type ID: 12)

Incorrect use of quantifiers

× Once in the blue moon, I make a list for my work.

Once in a blue moon, I make a list for my work.

The fixed idiom is 'once in a blue moon' not 'the blue moon'. This is a quantifier/phrase usage issue. (Grammar problem type ID: 14)

Sentence structure errors

× I usually keep tasks in my head.

I usually keep tasks in my head.

Sentence is grammatically correct; no change needed. Keeping for completeness. (Grammar problem type ID: 26)

Sentence structure errors

× Because of that, I sometimes forget small assignments on these deadlines.

Because of that, I sometimes forget small assignments and miss deadlines.

'On these deadlines' is incorrect collocation. Use 'miss deadlines' or 'at the deadlines'. Also 'small assignments and miss deadlines' clarifies meaning and improves sentence structure. (Grammar problem type ID: 26)

Present tense issue

× Recently I started writing a simple daily To Do List and it has helped me to complete tasks more on time.

Recently I started writing a simple daily to-do list and it has helped me complete tasks on time.

Remove unnecessary infinitive marker 'to' after 'helped me' (both 'helped me do' and 'helped me to do' are possible; 'helped me complete' is more natural). 'More on time' is incorrect; use 'on time'. Maintain present perfect 'has helped' to show recent effect. (Grammar problem type ID: 6)

Incorrect use of prepositions

× A big part of the reason goes to the fact that they are lacked like a time management skills.

A big part of the reason is that they lack time management skills.

'Goes to the fact that' is incorrect; use 'is that'. 'They are lacked' is wrong passive; use active 'they lack'. Article and number: 'time management skills' (no 'a'). This corrects preposition and verb voice issues. (Grammar problem type ID: 11)

Incorrect use of pronouns

× Maybe they are, sometimes they are lazy to make it and they just follow, uh, some tasks on their head like me.

Maybe sometimes they are too lazy to make one and they just keep some tasks in their head like I do.

Use 'too lazy to' and 'make one' (one = a list). Replace 'follow some tasks on their head' with 'keep some tasks in their head'. Pronoun 'like me' should be 'like I do' for correct subject usage. (Grammar problem type ID: 12)

Present tense issue

× But sometime, uh, they are poor of, uh, time comes, uh, time management skill.

But sometimes they are poor at time management.

Use 'sometimes' (plural), 'poor at' is correct collocation, and 'time management' is the correct noun phrase. Remove extraneous words. (Grammar problem type ID: 6)

Sentence structure errors

× So I think the best way.

So I think making a list is the best way.

Original is a sentence fragment lacking object; complete the sentence by specifying what 'the best way' refers to. This fixes sentence structure error. (Grammar problem type ID: 26)

Present tense issue

× Well, it totally depends on the situation.

Well, it totally depends on the situation.

This sentence is correct as a general present-tense statement; no change needed. (Grammar problem type ID: 6)

Incorrect use of pronouns

× When we go out, I need to bring my phone.

When I go out, I need to bring my phone.

Use consistent subject: 'we' then 'I' is inconsistent. Change to 'I' to match speaker. This corrects pronoun usage. (Grammar problem type ID: 12)

Incorrect use of adjectives or adverbs

× So the To Do List with my phone is a better choice when I'm going out.

So the to-do list on my phone is a better choice when I'm going out.

Use 'on my phone' rather than 'with my phone' to describe where the list is stored. Use lowercase and hyphen 'to-do list'. This fixes adjective/adverb/phrase usage. (Grammar problem type ID: 13)

Present tense issue

× But sometime I'm laying on my bed and I'm writing about the the task that I need to do tomorrow.

But sometimes I'm lying on my bed and I write the tasks I need to do tomorrow.

Use 'sometimes' and correct verb 'lie' present participle 'lying', not 'laying' (which is transitive). Also avoid 'writing about the the task'; use 'write the tasks' or 'write down the tasks'. Use simple present 'I write' for habitual action. (Grammar problem type ID: 6)

Incorrect use of adjectives or adverbs

× So a paper to the lit paper is more better.

So a paper list is better.

'More better' is redundant and incorrect; use 'better'. 'Paper to the lit paper' is unclear; 'paper list' or 'a list on paper' is concise and correct. Fix adjective/adverb error. (Grammar problem type ID: 13)
