Well I've been graduated for a while, however I do remember back when I was in Senior High School we are not allowed to dye our hairs nor wear non uniforms to schools. I believe it's because of our culture we are educated to raise.

I don't think students will benefit from more roles. Rules are existed to teach people how to survive or how to cooperate with others in our society. However, too many rules could restrict it restrict students from developing their own interests.

Well, I prefer to have less rules in schools in my opinion. When I was in my first university, we had to complete at least three clubs activities throughout your degree. However, I don't think that's necessary for every students to participate in clubs.
