Yes, I did the puzzles a lot in my childhood because I think it is a kind of games when I was a kid and it is really relax for me and spend some time when I am not watching the TV programs and I have nothing to do, I will just play the puzzles.

I like doing the number puzzles because when I was a kid I really like to meeting with these types of the digits. But I think the word puzzle is more difficult for me because China doesn't have the Chinese word puzzle so it only have the English word puzzles. But it is it is kind difficult for me to know every vocabulary.

Yes, I think it is a good way for old people to be concentration on one thing that if the people were getting older and older, their attention might be distracted by a lot of things. But if they are doing the puzzles they it will help them their mind to be active and just concentrate on one things.
