× I do love eating chocolate.
✓ I love eating chocolate.
Using 'do' for emphasis is acceptable in speech, but in this context it is unnecessary and can sound informal or redundant. Use the simple present 'I love' to match the habitual preference being described.
× I've, I've loved eating chocolate ever since I was a kid.
✓ I've loved eating chocolate ever since I was a kid.
The repetition 'I've, I've' is a spoken hesitation. Remove the duplicate auxiliary so the present perfect 'I've loved' correctly indicates a continuous feeling from the past to now.
× I remember I used to whenever I used to go to school and come back home from school, my mother used to always give me a candy or a cat baby or a Kit Kat and I that used to be the favorite part of my day.
✓ I remember that whenever I went to and came back from school, my mother always gave me a candy, a Kit Kat, or similar, and that used to be the favorite part of my day.
Multiple issues: unnecessary repeated 'used to' and awkward ordering. Change 'used to' with past simple 'went'/'came back' for clear narration, remove extra words, and fix word order. Use consistent past tense 'gave' to match habitual past action.
× I've tried to reduce my chocolate intake cause I've grown wise enough to take care of my health and know that eating more chocolate will be detrimental towards my health of reduced it.
✓ I've tried to reduce my chocolate intake because I've become wiser about my health and know that eating more chocolate would be detrimental to my health if I didn't reduce it.
Colloquial 'cause' should be 'because'. 'Grown wise' is awkward; use 'become wiser'. Use conditional 'would be detrimental' and correct preposition 'to my health'. Clarify the conditional 'if I didn't reduce it' to make sentence logical.
× But that doesn't mean I don't eat chocolates at all.
✓ But that doesn't mean I don't eat chocolate at all.
'Chocolate' as an uncountable noun is preferred when talking about the substance in general. Use singular uncountable 'chocolate' rather than plural 'chocolates' unless referring to individual pieces.
× I'll every once in a while indulge myself into some treats or chocolate but I don't.
✓ Every once in a while I indulge myself with some treats or chocolate, but not often.
'I'll every once in a while' mixes future auxiliary with frequency adverb; use simple present habitual 'I indulge' for recurring actions. 'Indulge myself into' is incorrect; use 'indulge myself with' or 'treat myself to'. The trailing 'but I don't' is incomplete; replace with 'but not often' for clarity.
× As I said, I used to eat a lot of chocolate when I was a kid, specially because my mom used to give it to me.
✓ As I said, I used to eat a lot of chocolate when I was a kid, especially because my mom used to give it to me.
Use 'especially' (correct adverb) instead of 'specially'.
× She was generous enough to give me a bar of chocolate every time I came back from home.
✓ She was generous enough to give me a bar of chocolate every time I came back home.
The phrase 'come back home' does not take 'from'. Remove 'from' to use the correct expression.
× Looking back at it now that I'm a wise, health conscious individual, I that doesn't seem like a good idea to me now.
✓ Looking back now that I'm a more health-conscious person, that doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
Remove extra 'I' and awkward phrasing. Use 'health-conscious' with a hyphen and 'person' for natural expression. Place 'that doesn't seem' as the main clause.
× So that's a component. Obviously the taste. Chocolate obviously tastes very good, so that's the component too.
✓ So that's one reason. Obviously, taste: chocolate tastes very good, so that's another reason.
Fragment 'Obviously the taste.' should be integrated. Use 'one reason'/'another reason' and remove repetitive 'obviously'. Ensure full sentences for clarity.
× What's your favourite flavour of chocolate?
✓ What's your favorite flavour of chocolate?
This is mostly spelling variant (favourite vs favorite). Depending on variety of English, 'favourite' is acceptable; if using American English, change to 'favorite'. Not a grammar error but style; no structural change needed.
× I don't consider myself a chocolate connoisseur to passe when it comes to different types of chocolate, knowing the different type of chocolate types of chocolate.
✓ I don't consider myself a chocolate connoisseur when it comes to different types of chocolate; I don't know much about them.
Remove French 'to passe' and repetitive phrasing. Simplify to clear, grammatical English: 'I don't consider myself a chocolate connoisseur when it comes to different types of chocolate' and follow with a concise clause explaining limited knowledge.
× But I do really enjoy the dark chocolate.
✓ But I do really enjoy dark chocolate.
'Dark chocolate' as a category does not need the definite article 'the' here. Use 'dark chocolate' uncountable.
× Whenever I get a chance to have one or treat myself and indulge myself in those dark chocolates or any delicacies that have dark chocolate, I do.
✓ Whenever I get a chance to treat myself to dark chocolate or any desserts that contain dark chocolate, I do.
Use 'treat myself to' not 'have one or treat myself and indulge myself in'. Use 'desserts that contain' instead of 'delicacies that have'. Simplify structure and use correct verb patterns.
× I do believe that's a good idea to give chocolates as a gift.
✓ I do believe it's a good idea to give chocolate as a gift.
Use contraction 'it's' and uncountable 'chocolate' for the concept of giving chocolate as a gift. 'Chocolates' could be used if referring to individual boxes, but 'chocolate' is more general.
× It doesn't matter if the person you're giving the gift to is romantically attached to you or not.
✓ It doesn't matter whether the person you're giving the gift to is romantically attached to you or not.
Use 'whether' rather than 'if' when presenting two alternatives. The rest is acceptable.
× It's a gift. It's a it's a common gift from where I am from and we do give chocolates.
✓ It's a common gift where I'm from, and we do give chocolate to people.
Remove repeated 'it's a' and streamline. Use 'where I'm from' and 'give chocolate to people' for natural phrasing.
× We sometimes give chocolates to friends, families and sometimes close romantic.
✓ We sometimes give chocolate to friends, family, and sometimes to romantic partners.
Use 'chocolate' uncountable for general giving. Use 'family' singular as an uncountable collective noun; 'families' is odd here. 'Close romantic' is incomplete; use 'romantic partners'. Add 'to' before recipients for clarity.
