While I've been learning singing on my own but unfortunately I haven't got the chance of learning singing from a qualified teacher. But that doesn't stop me from learning and and it's super convenient nowadays to find different singing tutorial on different platforms.

I would say I definitely wanted to sing for myself because I love singing and singing is one of my hobby. It can help me to escape from the stressing reality and I can get that emotional value by singing. So it totally worth it to sing for myself.

It really depends on what kind of songs that you're singing. If you're singing really depressed songs, of course it'll offer you some sort of emotional value, but it doesn't necessarily make you happy. But if you sing viable songs or songs that you like, it will definitely bring you happiness.
